It helps your complection, your brain and your weight.
Stretch
Correct form is important for Yoga, there are so many poses. After you do it with a teacher for years, you can do a little here and there and everywhere.
Drink Water
You'll get dehydration headaches otherwise. Those suck.
Practice A Thing that's yours
I have knitting for the boring moments. Singing for the life moments.
I really like to ride a bike that doesn't move. And make noise. I have two bikes (wink, wink)!
I ride every day. I'd love to have a drop in schedule or something.
